When football fans aren't watching their favourite players live on television or at stadiums across the world, they're admiring their tackles, according to adult streaming site, Pornhub.
The adult website's Insights team have been hard at work finding out who the most searched for soccer players worldwide in 2019 were. Some might surprise you, others might not.
I'll give you a clue though, Wayne Rooney doesn't make the cut.

As you can imagine, there's a fair number of players plying their trade on a footy pitch, so fair play to the statisticians at Pornhub insights who were able to narrow down the list to just ten.
So, if you're interested in finding out about the most searched for ball jugglers, read on.
At number ten, is golden balls himself, David Beckham. He's taken a massive plunge since 2015, when he was the second most searched footballer in the United Kingdom.
Personally, I think he's only getting better with age, but what do I know? Pornhub Searches for David Beckham last saw a surge in 2018 by 3440% when he attended the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry.

At number nine is French hitman Karim Benzema. The bearded Madrid striker is best known for holding up his teammates balls until they can get into position to finish with a powerful shot.
At number 8 is Raheem Sterling. Despite the fact that Raheem can't stop scoring in the Premier League, he has the tendency to rush his finishes and miss the target even from close range.
At number 7 is Belgian heartthrob Eden Hazard. His elite dribbling skills means that he could be faced with up to ten men and would still be confident that he'd come out on top.

At number 6 is Argentinian Paulo Dybala. This Argentine stallion's future was uncertain at Juventus last summer, but he has remained at the club after a move to the Premier League failed to materialise.
At number 5 is the lightning quick Kylian Mbappe. He just can't stop scoring in France, although it remains to be seen how he'd fare in a much harder league abroad.
At number 4 is Inter Milan loanee Alexis Sanchez. He used to be known for his ability to penetrate the defense with ease. However, despite a huge move to Manchester United, the Chilean has failed to replicate his Arsenal form at Old Trafford.

At number 3 is Mauro Icardi. He has a history of partaking in saucy photo shoots with his wife and has proven that he performs better away from home after sleeping with his teammate's wife.
At number 2 is Lionel Messi. He's known for his flair, change of pace cracking solo efforts. He's often been cited as the greatest performers of all time, proving that size really doesn't matter. His unbelievable skill and consistent performance at the highest level does make him one of the all time greats.
Finally at number 1, the top searched for footballer on Pornhub worldwide is self-proclaimed GOAT, Cristiano Ronaldo.

You don't need to go on Pornhub to find shots of the Portuguese striker oiled up in his boxers, just get yourself over to his Instagram page.
Despite being one of the older players on this list, he's still performing at the top level and can be explosive when he puts his mind to it. It remains to be seen how many times he searched for himself. Probably most of them.
