Jose Mourinho has been named the best manager out of work in football and his 'perfect' destination would be Arsenal.

The 56-year-old Portuguese manager has been out of management since he was axed from Manchester United last season.

And Bleacher Report has placed Mourinho at the top of their ten 'best managers out of work' and think he would be the ideal choice to replace the under-fire Unai Emery at the Gunners.

The publication said of the ex-Chelsea and Real Madrid boss: "The Portuguese's stint in punditry over the last year has gone some way to rebuilding his reputation, the insightful analysis reminding us of how tactically savvy he can be when his mind is fresh and thinking clearly."

Massimiliano Allegri, who left Juventus at the end of last season, has finished behind the 'Special One' and has United as his 'perfect' club.

Former Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who has ruled out retirement from coaching, finished behind Allegri and Mourinho and Bleacher feel he could succeed Ernesto Valverde at Barcelona.

According to Bleacher, ex-Barcelona and Spain boss Luis Enrique has been left off the rankings after he walked away from football due to personal reasons.

Posted below are the publication's top ten managers and the clubs they would fit the best.
