ITV have shared a stunning clip of the best goals from the 2018 World Cup and it's just what we need right now.

Europe's five major leagues and the entire EFL has been suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak.

But ITV have come to the rescue by sharing a good dose of football action courtesy of the World Cup in 2018.

They've uploaded footage of some of the best goals from Russia, which includes Cristiano Ronaldo's incredible free kick against Spain and Jesse Lingard's long-range screamer for England.

Not to mention Benjamin Pavard's breathtaking volley and Kevin De Bruyne's sensational hit versus Brazil.

The 3 minute and 28 second video is accompanied with the caption: "Need a pick-me-up? Here's a look back at some of the best goals from the World Cup in 2018, why not?"

So now, sit back, relax and enjoy:

Meanwhile, Premier League has been suspended until April 4 due to the worsening global pandemic.

Premier League chief executive Richard Masters said: "Above all, we wish Mikel Arteta and Callum Hudson-Odoi speedy recoveries, and everyone else affected by COVID-19.

"In this unprecedented situation, we are working closely with our clubs, government, the FA and EFL and can reassure everyone the health and welfare of players, staff and supporters are our priority."

England's top flight joins Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 in being suspended.

UEFA have also suspended the Champions League & Europa League, and Euro 2020 is in danger of being postponed, too.
