Kevin De Bruyne is highest-rated Premier League player on FIFA 19 and his Manchester City teammate Leroy Sane is the player with the highest potential rating on the game, as per Squawka.
Following a stunning season where he netted 10 goals and registered 15 assists as City tallied 100 points and won the Premier League, Sane picked up the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
The Germany international also got a tasty upgrade on this year's FIFA game, moving up to 86 overall and having impressive stats such as 95 pace and 86 dribbling.

And if you do the business with Sane on Career Mode, he will end up at an immense 93, which makes him the Premier League player with the highest potential on the game thanks to an increase of seven.
David De Gea, already the best goalkeeper on the game, will also go up two ratings to 93 if all goes well in your career.
Manchester City pair Gabriel Jesus and Kevin De Bruyne are expected rise to 92 on the game, as will Spurs hot-shot and England captain Harry Kane, currently 89 at the start of the game - if all goes to plan.

Eden Hazard will remain on 91 as EA reckon there's no room for improvement in his game, while his Chelsea teammate Kepa is slated to go up eight marks to finish on the same overall as the Belgium.
Christian Eriksen and Paul Pogba are also in the 91 club as far as potential ratings go - and the top 10 is complete with Dele Alli, who just about edges in ahead of Bernardo Silva, Ederson, N'Golo Kante and Alisson.
