If one image was to sum up Barcelona vs Paris Saint-Germain, it would be this one involving Kylian Mbappe and Gerard Pique.
In his first ever appearance against the Blaugrana, the French sensation dropped an absolute masterclass and scored a hat-trick in a 4-1 Champions League first leg trouncing at the Nou Camp.
Mbappe struck a superb equaliser in the first half and helped himself to two more in a world-class performance for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

He looked dangerous every time he picked up the ball and even without Neymar and Angel Di Maria, gave Barca's defence the run-around in Catalonia.

Poor Pique was making his first appearance since suffering a ligament injury in November and he was roasted by the former Monaco man during his time on the pitch.
He had a torrid time against the electric Mbappe - so much so that the only way he could stop him was by blatantly tugging his shirt - an action that saw him widely mocked on social media.

There were fears that Pique would be out for the season only for him to return ahead of schedule for the crunch clash this evening.
But given the manner in which he and his colleagues were twisted inside and out by Mbappe, he might just regret coming back in sooner rather than later.
