The Iconic Nike Total 90 Laser I Boots Are Getting A Remake
Life really isn't the same without Total 90' football boots around but all will soon be well with the world as the iconic Laser I boots are getting a remake.
The cleats, which first came out in 2007 following on from the popular Air Zoom series, have been rumoured to be making a return for a while now but the reliable Footy Headlines have "concrete" proof that it will indeed be happening at some point in the next month or so.
The popular site for football kit and boot news posted the following images on their website:
We just can't wait to see that beautiful panel design again, although they will prove extremely difficult to get your hands on as just 2,000 pairs will be available. Talk about limited edition.
I had these exact boots as a youngster and loved nothing more than lacing them up on a Saturday morning in an Under 10s game for the mighty Broadway Celtic.
Other world-class players like myself, such as Fernando Torres and Wesley Sneijder - would regularly tear it up wearing the bad boy boots - but we all know the man most synonymous with them was the one and only Wayne Rooney.
Manchester United and England's record goalscorer was 21 at the time when they were released and had some of the very best years of his career wearing the beauties.
In fact, Wazza brought them back for training and even a match when back at boyhood club Everton a couple of years ago because he loved them so much.
