Prepare yourself for an afternoon in front of the tele on Sunday because a footballing feast is on the agenda.

Sit back, relax and strap yourselves in - it's one of the best Super Sunday's we've seen in some time.

To begin the day, which could be the most exciting afternoon in the 2018 footballing calendar, Manchester United will face Chelsea in the Premier League at 2pm as Jose Mourinho will expect a victory against his former club at Old Trafford. Don't be surprised if there's some touchline drama!

If you fancy it, Paris Saint-Germain host Marseille at 20:00 in a potential top of the table clash, while Roma and AC Milan go head to head in Serie A at 19:45.

Arsenal will play Manchester City in the League Cup final at Wembley.

The Gunners sealed passage to the final courtesy of a 2-1 win at the Emirates, the hosts going behind through a Eden Hazard goal, but levelling moments later courtesy of a comical own goal from Antonio Rudiger.

WATCH: Football as a kid...

Granit Xhaka then gave Arsenal the lead in the second half, putting them in front on aggregate.

Manchester City booked their spot in the Carabao Cup final on following the 5-3 aggregate victory against Bristol City.

The Championship outfit put up a brave battle with Pep Guardiola's full-strength side ultimately advancing to the Wembley showpiece.

Let your mates know about this epic day of football because you really don't want to miss out!
