Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola made a young fans wish come true this week, as he and City striker Sergio Aguero met with cancer survivor Elliot Sanz.

Elliot was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer earlier this year, and as he battles his way back to full health, his one wish was to meet Aguero.

The former Atletico Madrid frontman was of course keen to meet with Elliot, however it was a surprise chance meeting with Guardiola which really kicked us straight in the feels. Before meeting the two-time Champions League winner, Elliot tells how he used to ball boy for City. He even placed the ball at the corner flag, before Edin Dzeko headed in the dramatic equaliser against QPR when City won the league in 2012.

And during their surprise conversation, Guardiola tells Elliot how he used to be a ball boy for Barcelona when he was a teenager. After talking to Aguero and Guardiola, Elliot then surpassed doctors expectations and managed to make it to a game recently to watch his team play:

Aguero has scored 8 goals in as many games this season, with City currently top of the league despite dropping points at Goodison Park on Saturday.
