It appeared the ball was destined to hit the back of the net until Ederson performed a wondrous fingertip save to nudge the ball past the post.
WHAT A SAVE.
Plenty was said about Alisson and Oblak's save from Tuesday but Ederson's heroics may just be the best of the lot.
Naturally, the BT Sport boys began to compare the two Brazilian studs.

Meanwhile, the ex-Leicester City striker eventually got the better of Ederson as he converted a 16th minute penalty to give Hoffenheim an early lead.
But Manchester City ultimately secured all three points thanks to Leroy Sane, who bagged a stunning free-kick on the stroke of first-half and another just after the hour mark.
As a result of topping Group F, City avoid the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid, yet could be paired up with Atletico Madrid.
