In his 22 year spell at Arsenal, legendary manager Arsene Wenger defeated some of the very best but arguably his oldest and toughest foe came in the form of a coat zip.

Perched on the dugout next to his trusty assistant Steve Bould, you would often spot a wild Wenger yanking at his coat like a primary school child who had lost all patience with the jacket his mum bought him for Christmas.

If you're unfamiliar with Arsene's constant struggle with a zipper then take a look at the below compilation of the Frenchman having a battle with his jacket. Never forget.

He may have been the mastermind behind Arsenal's famous invincible season but he couldn't master the zip.

Back in 2018, the former Gunners boss opened up about the problems he had with his many, many trench coats.

"Yes, in fact I improved in that," Wenger told beIN Sports. "I was conscious of that!

"They are too long and sometimes the zip didn't work. I struggled a lot with that. But, in the end, because people were showing it I was conscious that I was under scrutiny when doing it!"

A new film documenting Wenger's time as Arsenal boss is set to be released next month, documenting his iconic tenure in North London.

The doc will delve into his 22-year spell at the club and addresses the controversial nature surrounding his departure.

'Arsène Wenger: Invincible' includes a stellar cast of interviewees, including fierce rival Sir Alex Ferguson, Thierry Henry, Ian Wright, Patrick Vieira, Dennis Bergkamp, Emanuel Petit and Robert Pires.
