Dida's Goalkeeper Training Sessions At The Age Of 41 Were Just Amazing To Watch

Even at the age of 41, former AC Milan and Brazil goalkeeper Dida was pulling off some incredible saves towards the end of his career at Internacional.
Dida, who was arguably one of the best goalkeepers in world football at the peak of his powers, showcased his almost machine-like athleticism in this grueling session at the Brasiliero Serie A side's training ground.
He somehow manages to get up after each drill, and continues to produce save after save.
Dida enjoyed a highly successful spell during his time at the San Siro.
But the fact that Milan didn't win the Champions League in 2005 is a bit of a crime against football.
They were stopped by Liverpool's amazing comeback in Istanbul, so it's difficult to hold it against the footballing gods.
But Milan were something special. The names speak for themselves; Dida, Cafu, Paolo Maldini, Alessandro Nesta, Jaap Stam, Massimo Ambrosini, Gennaro Gattuso, Kaka. Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf, Hernan Crespo, Filippo Inzaghi, Andriy Shevchenko and Rui Costa.

It was announced last year that Dida would return to Milan as a goalkeeping coach for their Under-17 youth team.
He made over 200 appearances for the Serie A side between 2000 and 2010 before returning to his home county, and is widely known as one of the best shot-stoppers of his generation.
