After seeing a young girl holding a banner with his name on it during Arsenal's match against Crystal Palace, Hector Bellerin decided to track her down for a brilliant surprise.

The Gunners ran out as 4-1 winners when the visited the Eagles back in January, with Nacho Monreal, Alex Iwobi, Laurent Koscielny and Alexandre Lacazette all on the scoresheet.

After the final-whistle, as most players do, Bellerin logged into his Twitter account to see how the fans reacted to such a dominant showing from Arsene Wenger's side.

And the Spain international immediately noticed a picture of a young Arsenal fan who held up a banner, featuring his name and number.

Bellerin eventually tracked down the young Gooner and surprised her and her younger brother with his match-worn shirt:

Bellerin has been heavily criticised for his role in Arsenal's misfortune since the turn of the year, with the Gunners having lost four of their last five prior to Thursday night's victory over AC Milan in the Europa League.

However, with the defender making such an effort with a pair of young fans, he's surely shown he's in it for the long-haul at the Emirates.
