Hazard enjoyed a brilliant Individual campaign having scored 12 goals and provided four assists in the Premier League.

But the Belgium star could have had a lot more assists if it wasn't for his teammates who let him down in the final third.

The likes of Alvaro Morata and Willian stopped Hazard from recording incredible numbers with their underwhelming finishing in front of goal.

That aside, he was a joy to watch in his penultimate term before leaving England's top flight.

Hazard was simply unplayable as he glided past bodies, created chances for his teammates and scored some absolute worldies.

He also bagged the winning goal in his side's FA Cup triumph over Manchester United.
