Are you tired of the same old corner kick routine on FIFA 20? Do you need some help finding the net on a more regular basis?

A simple tutorial from YouTuber Wrzzer might help you score more goals on the latest release.

Firstly, you must select a player who has a high curve attribute. For example, Wrzzer uses Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale, who has 90 curve on his passing stats.

If you don't have Bale on your team, Lionel Messi (94), Sebastian Giovinco (93), Miralem Pjanic (92) and Hakan Calhanoglu (90) are good options for taking corners as they have a high curve attribute.

Secondly, you must direct the aiming circle behind the back post.

Make sure to use the left joystick to apply curve before applying power.

Finally, when delivering the corner, charge the cross button (square on PS4 or X on XBOX One) for exactly 4 bars, like shown in the below graphic.

The YouTuber gives several examples of the direct corner routine in action, with the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Gareth Bale scoring from this method.

Many gamers have struggled to adapt to the new corner mechanic but this set piece glitch has gone down well with fans.

Over two million people have watched Wrzzer's official video, with 27,000 people liking the below clip.

EA Sports have made a huge change to the way penalties and free-kicks are taken in the new game, and again, many are struggling to adapt.

While the movement of the camera was key to taking set-pieces on FIFA 19, FIFA 20 comprises of an aiming mechanic.

So how do you find the perfect balance between power and trajectory when taking free-kicks?

Firstly, you must direct the aiming circle to any corner of the net, but make sure to aim it as high as possible for optimal results. (I know it sounds bizarre but trust me,)

Then when applying shot power, charge the shoot button (circle on PS4 or B on XBOX One) for exactly 4.5 bars, like shown in the below graphic.

When running up to to the ball, you must then flick the right stick down then hold it upwards for the perfect trajectory.

Here is the full one minute tutorial video of the free-kick, uploaded by Reddit user u/teambavaria48.

Do you anyone who would benefit from the direct corner routine? Or maybe they can't take free-kicks?
