Romelu Lukaku has struggled to make any sort of impact at Old Trafford in recent weeks, but that didn't stop one Manchester United supporter from making one of the most audacious claims we've ever heard.
John, who called talkSPORT after United's uninspired 1-0 defeat to Juventus in the Champions League, boldly claimed that he would rather have the Belgian striker ahead of an in-form Cristiano Ronaldo.

I repeat, John would choose an in-form Romelu Lukaku over the five-time Balon d'Or winner, 40+ goal a season striker, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Just take a look at the below clip. You need to hear it to believe it:
In the live radio-call show, host Andy Goldstein couldn't quite believe what he'd just heard.

"If everyone's in form I think Ronaldo struggles, at this stage in his career, to get in our team. Right now I want Ronaldo, but if everyone's in form, Sanchez, Lukaku, Rashford..."
Goldstein simply replied: "I'm genuinely in shock."
It's clear to see the Belgium striker is playing with little confidence, and moments like this won't help him rediscover his form.

In the first-half, with seven minutes on the clock, Lukaku attempted a cross-field pass however his effort went straight to a Juventus player.
What does Lukaku need to do to rediscover his form? Does Jose Mourinho need to drop the former Everton man?
