FACT: Isco Has Only Given The Ball Away TWICE This Month

Unbelievable.

Cristiano Ronaldo's incredible overhead kick was the talk of the town after Real Madrid's first leg win against Juventus earlier this month, but teammate Isco deserved a hell of a lot of credit for his performance.

Although he hasn't a first team regular at Los Blancos in recent months, the Spaniard started the game against The Old Lady and proved just how confident he is in possession with an impressive 100% passing rate.

That's 54 completed passes out of 54, the only player with a perfect passing record in Turin that night.

Five days later, the in-form Isco didn't make the starting line-up in the Madrid derby but he came on for Marco Asensio in the 72nd minute to record a second 100% passing rate stat in a week.

The 25-year-old completed 31 out of 31 passes against Atletico, proving his quality in possession once more.

Then during Wednesday night's Champions League drama against Juventus at the Bernabeu, he showed a huge amount of composure in possession for large parts, and although he gave it away twice during promising counter attacks, Isco impressed for the majority.

In fact, he completed a ridiculous 70 passes out of 72.

That means the Spanish international has only given the ball away twice in the month of April, which is absolutely ridiculous when you think about it.

He doesn't even start every game. I think Zinedine Zidane might have to have a word with himself.

Thoughts on the talents of Isco? Will he help lead Spain to World Cup glory this summer?

Let us know in the comments.
