It's official. Chelsea are the champions of England for the sixth time in their history.
The Blues wrapped up title number six (five of which have come during the Premier League era) following their dominant victory over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns, tonight.
Antonio Conte's men have dominated the Premier League for most of the season, with an incredible 13 game winning streak between October and January cementing their place at the summit, where they have been unable to be budged, despite Tottenham's best efforts in the second half of the campaign.
The title is Conte's fifth as a manager, having lifted three Serie A titles as Juventus boss and also the Serie B title during his spell as manager of Bari. The Italian becomes the ninth different manager to win the Premier League and is the fourth Italian coach to achieve the feat.

Chelsea's latest triumph is also John Terry's last one as club captain, with the former England skipper set to depart Stamford Bridge at the end of the season. He leaves with five league title, five FA Cup and three League Cup winner's medals which he has won over the course of 713 appearances with the Blues.
A domestic double could be completed on 27th May when Chelsea take on Arsenal in the FA Cup final, at Wembley. Victory there would see Conte match the debut season of his Italian compatriot, Carlo Ancelotti, who also lifted a double during his first year in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Conte will be hoping he fares significantly better in his second season than Ancelotti did though, with the former AC Milan boss receiving his marching orders from Roman Abramovich after a trophyless 2010/11 campaign.
