Luis Suarez Has Been Decimated By Bayern Munich In The Champions League Yet Again

Luis Suarez Has Been Decimated By Bayern Munich In The Champions League Yet Again

Different club, same outcome. Luis Suarez must now be absolutely sick of playing against Bayern Munich.

The Uruguayan was part of the Barcelona side that were decimated 8-2 by the Bavarian outfit en route to winning a Champions League in Lisbon in August.

Fast forward a couple of months and Suarez, now at Atletico Madrid after departing Barcelona on poor terms, has been on the receiving end of another hiding from Bayern.

Hansi Flick's side picked up from where they left off in last year's treble-winning campaign with a 4-0 thrashing of Atleti.

Kingsley Coman was in fine form and bagged a brace, with Leon Goretzka and Corentin Tolisso both scoring superb strikes.

Unfortunately for Suarez, he will have to come up against the all-conquering Bundesliga winners yet again on 1 December at the Wanda Metropolitano.

We wish him all the best as he vies to not be absolute pummeled by Bayern for a third time in a row.
