Spurs Flop Linked With Move To European Giants

Surely not?

In what's largely been an impressive season for Tottenham Hotspur even if they fell short off the title in the end, midfielder Moussa Sissoko has been the overriding disappointment.

The Frenchman was involved in the most dramatic story on transfer deadline day in the summer when he was about to undergo a medical at Everton after the club agreed a deal with Newcastle, before he changed his mind and ended up signing for Spurs in a £30 million move on a five-year deal.

He basically decided to turn up in the Euro's for France after an uneventful season in which Newcastle were relegated, and has been a huge flop for Spurs this term.

The Frenchman has not been taken to well by the Spurs faithful, and you'd bet good money that he won't be at the club when the next transfer window rolls around.

But somehow, Sissoko is being linked with a host of Europe's biggest clubs, which is a bit mad considering the shit-show he's produced this term.

Don Balon report that Daniel Levy may look to cash in on Sissoko when the summer transfer window opens, but bizarrely, Real Madrid and Barcelona are listed as potential suitors along with AC Milan, who have been regularly linked with the former Toulouse man.

Sissoko has featured on 32 occasions for Spurs this season, with the vast majority of his appearances coming from the bench.
