Christian Eriksen came on for his Inter Milan debut last night and Spurs fans were not surprised by what they saw.
After making a £16.9 million move to the Nerazzurri, Eriksen entered the fray in the 66th minute of the 2-1 Coppa Italia win over Fiorentina.
Mere minutes after replacing Alexis Sanchez, he was on the left flank getting ready to whip the ball into the box.

But it was a familiar sight for Tottenham supporters as while he managed to beat the one-man wall, his delivery was easily headed away by the first defender.e
While the Dane proved to be a decent signing for the North London after joining from Ajax in 2013, his free-kicks and corners frustrated the Spurs supporters.

Prior to the season, 62% of Eriksen's corners in the Premier League did not beat the first man so it's not exactly a surprise that his first set-piece for his new club repeated the trend.
Eriksen did show a glimpse of what he's about later on though when he linked up with strikers Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez, delicately playing the latter in behind a through a ball.
The Argentine supplied the finish but had just strayed offside and so the goal was disallowed.
