As football fans, we've all had a few terrible away days over the years. A long drive, train or bus journey only to see your team lose in freezing cold conditions.
But nothing compares to the nightmare trip Spartak Moscow fans had.
They were pitted against first division side SKA-Khabarovsk in the Russian Cup but any supporters wishing to attend the fixture had to trek to the other side of Russia to do so.

It's a 5,000 mile journey which would take you over 100 hours to drive, or an 8 hour flight. There's also a seven hour time difference. Utter madness.
Any Spartak fan who made the mammoth trip to get to the game deserves an enormous amount of credit, even more so when you throw in the fact that Spartak lost the game!
Imagine making a 5,000 mile journey to watch your team get beat by a team in the division below.

To be fair though, Spartak fans probably got a few flares out and had a good crack. Hopefully the club reimburse any supporters who made the long, long trip to Khabarovsk.
