Needless to say, subs sat apart from each other sent social media wild.
So you sit 2m apart on the subs bench wearing a mask! But when you come on, you take it off and charge into a crowded penalty box to defend/attack a corner! Sound logic pic.twitter.com/DdzD3wX6vh- Paul (@paulhewlett1983) May 16, 2020

"Sat 2m apart on the bench with face masks while there's 24 people running around the pitch with each other," one social media user wrote.
A second tweeted: "Social distancing on the subs bench. for a contact sport."
A third added: "Nah man look at subs bench ffs. Coronavirus has changed the world forever."
