Shkodran Mustafi really is the gift that keeps on giving and in the latest episode of his one-man comedy show, he produced the worst slide tackle of all-time today.
In today's North London derby, which finished 2-1 to Spurs, the Arsenal centre-back gave the ball away after being pressured by Heung-Min Son.
Son played in Harry Kane, with Mustafi was racing to get back in to get goal-side of the England striker. Instead, he ended up diving in like a nutcase and getting absolutely nowhere near Kane.
The Spurs talisman skipped past him with complete ease following the dodgy bit of defending and very nearly put Spurs 3-1 up after forcing Emiliano Martinez into a smart save.

Some say Mustafi is still sliding as we speak, such was his atrocious timing of the tackle.
The former Valencia defender had actually looked fairly decent in recent weeks but was back to his old error-prone self today.

He wasn't alone in that regard though, as Arsenal's backline were very much responsible for their own downfall at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Having taken the lead courtesy of a stunning netbuster of a strike from Alexandre Lacazette, both Sead Kolasinac and David Luiz gifted Son an immediate equaliser with some sloppy play at the back.
Toby Alderweireld headed home the winner from a Son corner late on to give the hosts the bragging rights on derby day.
