Mohamed Salah has revealed just how head-over-heels in love Liverpool supporters were for him last season.
During the second half of 2017-18, the football world was going through Salahmania, with everyone talking about the African player, not least because of the amount of goals he kept scoring.
Because of his goals and his charisma, he built a brilliant relationship with the Kop, whose favourite song seems to be singing his name to the tune of James' Sit Down. Bet that's in your head now.

"I have given 100% for my club since my arrival, on and off the pitch. And the fans can see it, he said to French outlet L'Equipe:"Feeling loved by the fans during my first season, fills me with joy. And they sing my song."
He was asked about the number of songs the Reds have for him now and Salah replied: "A whole album!"
This is when he revealed the extent of how much Reds fans adore him.
"After a game, they threw themselves on my car," he said.

That's one way to show your affection for a player.
The Egyptian King enjoyed a superb first season at Anfield, in a season which no one could have foresaw. His 44 goals in all competitions helped Liverpool reached the Champions League final, where they lost 3-1 to Real Madrid in Kiev, Ukraine, two howlers from Loris Karius handing Los Blancos an easy win.
Even still, the Reds' 2017/18 has been dominated by everybody's Salah obsession. The 25-year-old shot out of nowhere and became a Ballon d'Or contender after his £37 million move from AS Roma.

Just after the half-hour mark, Sergio Ramos went in on a hard tackle on the attacker. Salah was injured as a result, meaning he could miss the start of World Cup. This has lead to heavy criticism of the Spain and Real Madrid captain.
But with images emerging of Salah training with his national side, despite the injured shoulder, things are looking up for the goal-grabber.
"I promise you I will do my best to be ready for the World Cup and to achieve the Egyptian dream," he said.

"I feel much better now and I'll be ready to play against Uruguay. I will never give up on our dream, I promise to do my best for our people."
It's great to hear Salah remaining upbeat ahead of this summer's tournament in Russia.
