Mohamed Salah Gets His Own Police Escort As Liverpool Team Arrive At Airport

How important is Mohamed Salah to Liverpool? So important he receives his own police escort.

Well, that's what it looked like on Tuesday morning as the Liverpool team arrived at John Lennon Airport.

Liverpool fly out to Rome, Italy, for the Champions League semi-final second leg against AS Roma. The Red's head into the return fixture with a 5-2 lead, courtesy of a truly sublime performance from Salah who bagged a stunning brace.

Salah and co. were mobbed by fans at the airport with a heavy police presence, including a personal escort for 'The Egyptian King.'

A police officer accompanied him to the airport, before he eventually boarded the flight.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid take on Bayern Munich, tonight.

The German outfit need to overturn a 2-1 deficit in order to book a spot in the Champions League final.

Though, naturally, with two away goals in the bag, Real Madrid are heavy favourites to make it to Kiev, Ukraine.
