Mohamed Salah Attends Egypt Training Session In Front Of Thousands Of Fans

On Saturday, thousands and thousands of fans attended an Egypt training session with Mohamed Salah present, who appeared to be in good spirits following his shoulder injury in the Champions League final.

Salah was forced off injured in the Champions League final after clashing with Real Madrid skipper Sergio Ramos. He landed awkwardly on his arm, leaving the field in tears in heartbreaking scenes.

But Salah has been declared fit, and could feature in their opening World Cup game against Uruguay.

And on Saturday, Egypt held their final training session before venturing to Russia.

'The Egyptian King' made an appearance in Cairo yet didn't take part in the training session.

He did, though, greet the fans who flocked in their thousands, giving him a huge ovation when he was announced.

Egypt open their World Cup campaign versus Uruguay on Friday 15th June, before taking on tournament hosts Russia then Saudi Arabia.
