Ryan Gravenberch scored one of the most satisfying goals in recent memory for Ajax this evening.

The Amsterdam outfit beat Midtjylland 3-1 in the Champions League, with 18-year-old wonderkid and FM favourite Gravenberch scoring the pick of the goals.

Fed by Dusan Tadic outside the box, he unleashed a stunning strike from 25 yards out that flew in.

But the finish was made even more enjoyable by the noise it made upon its entry to the goal. The sound of the ball being hit with such venom and then coming in off the crossbar and rippling the net was just wonderful.

If there's a positive to behind closed doors football with no fans, then this is definitely it.

Gravenberch's strike was the perfect way to open his account in the Champions League and sees him become the third youngest Ajax goalscorer in the competition.

Those who love a good net noise will be well aware that Erling Haaland came up with a belter in February when he smashed in a screamer for Borussia Dortmund last season.

BT Sport released a different angle of his left-footed sledgehammer against Paris Saint-Germain at Signal Iduna Park and you get a glorious indication of how sweetly struck an effort it was.
