Roy Keane has launched a scathing attack on Manchester United's "bluffers" and claimed they'll cost Ole Gunnar Solskjaer his job.

Keane pulled no punches as he assessed United's awful showing in their humiliating 6-1 defeat to Tottenham last weekend.

The ex-United captain was on punditry duty for England vs. Wales, but was asked about his old team after Sunday's hammering to Spurs.

"I've been saying it for the last 12 months, year and a half, their performance against Spurs was disgraceful," he said.

"You all have bad days in football. Some of the players were a disgrace to the Man United badge."

The Irishman added: "Too many bluffers and ultimately, these players will cost Ole his job.

"The players he has got there - they threw the previous manager under the bus. They will do the same to Ole."

Gary Neville, who was on commentary for United's match, also took aim at his former team.

He said: "There is no excuse for those players who were out on that pitch today, they were absolutely pathetic.

"Their body language was terrible; it was spiritless and spineless."

The Red Devils went onto complete four signings on transfer deadline day including left-back Alex Telles and forward Edinson Cavani.

But the club failed to bring Solskjaer his No.1 transfer target in Jadon Sancho.

United resume their Premier League campaign on October 17 when they face Newcastle.
