Cristiano Ronaldo Takes A Shot On Goal, Ball Goes Out For A Throw-In

Sometimes even the best can't help but channel their inner Sunday League player.

Cristiano Ronaldo had us all in complete awe in the last round of the Champions League when he scored a sensational overhead kick in the first leg against Juventus, but he had us all in stitches with his gaffe in the semi-final first leg against Bayern Munich tonight.

The five time Ballon d'Or was very quiet in the 2-1 win at the Allianz but when he played a quick one-two with substitute Marco Asensio in the early minutes of the second half, things looked to be opening up and you thought the net was about to bulge.

However, Ronaldo got it horribly wrong, seeing his poorly struck shot go out for a throw-in.

The Portuguese man had social media hysterics with his comical effort:

Seeing Ronaldo produce an absolute stinker of a shot is so rare but maybe he is human after all!
