Ronaldo Is Not Happy About Michael Owen's Fat Joke

Ronaldo sounds off on Michael Owen following his fat joke after the pair, along with other Galaticos, reunited before Real Madrid's La Liga game.
In honour of Cristiano Ronaldo bagging another Ballon d'Or, the club invited a host of former legends including Luis Figo, Michael Owen (?) and the man himself (the original) Ronaldo.

And Owen then proceeded to massively disrespect the two-time World Cup winner by basically calling him fat. Needless to say, social media didn't take too kindly of the dig by calling out the Englishman.
I thought I was putting the pounds on until I saw my old mate Ronnie! pic.twitter.com/OeuWm23b9s

So, not only does he talk bollocks on TV but also on Twitter. Ronaldo has now responded "in shock" to the fat jibes while at the FIFA ceremony on Monday;
"I am shocked as to how much importance my weight garners in the world we live in. I don't know why it is so important, to be honest."
Owen managed to anger not one but TWO Brazilian and Real Madrid icons. Roberto Carlos also blasted the ex-Liverpool frontman, and the pocket-rocket is getting bloody tired of the constant fat jokes;
"I don't like these type of jokes. Ronaldo is a very good friend of mine and we have to be careful. The thing about Ronaldo is not about his body, it's his heart, he has a very big heart."
Ronaldo claims that he gave Owen the cold shoulder by ignoring him after the sly-dig. Stick to the day job, Michael...
