Romelu Lukaku "Is One Of The Three-Four Best Strikers In The World"

Romelu Lukaku's agent has sensationally claimed that the Manchester United player is "one of the three-four best strikers in the world".

The Belgium international continues to attract the attention of Inter Milan who're hellbent on securing his services this summer.

His agent is trying to engineer a move away from Manchester and amid reports linking him with a move to Italy, Federico Pastorello has described the 26-year-old as one of the best strikers in world football.

Lukaku cost United an initial £75 million and in his debut season at Old Trafford, he bagged an impressive 27 goals in all competitions.

But he failed to deliver last season as he weighed in with just 15 goals in all competitions.

Lukaku's days in England appear to be numbered with Antonio Conte a keen admirer of his talents.

The Inter Milan boss has made it abundantly clear that he wants to sign Lukaku.

"I think frustrated is a big word," he said ahead of Inter's pre-season game against United.

"Lukaku is United's player and this is the reality. You know very well that I like this player but also in the past when I was Chelsea's coach and tried to bring him to Chelsea. I think today Lukaku is a player with United. This is the reality.

"I think that in this moment if you're talking about a player from another club it's right to not talk about Lukaku because we have great respect for United.

"As I said before, I like this player and consider him an important player for us to have a good improvement but at the same [time] there is a transfer market. 'We know very well which is our situation at the moment and we will see what happens but for now Lukaku is a United player."

Lukaku, meanwhile, took to social media to tease fans about his future. He posted a cryptic message on Twitter.

He uploaded a picture of himself alongside his agent, accompanied with the words: "Soon to be continued".
