Romelu Lukaku dedicated his goal to club colleague Christian Eriksen, who collapsed during his side's game against Finland.

After scoring for Belgium against Russia, Lukaku ran straight to the camera and shouted: "Chris, I love you" in a classy celebration.

Eriksen collapsed just before half-time in Denmark's European Championship opener on Saturday.

He received urgent medical attention and was transported to hospital.

The Inter Milan midfielder is now in a stable condition and reportedly asked his teammates to resume the Group B fixture.

Finland went onto beat Denmark, winning 1-0 thanks to a second-half header from Joel Pohjanpalo.

As for Belgium, they opened their campaign with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Russia.

Thomas Meunier doubled his side's lead with Lukaku grabbing his second goal of the game in the 88th minute.
