Romain Saiss Brutally Mocks Barcelona And Says The Club Is ‘Finished’

It is fair to say that Barcelona have fallen on dark times in recent months, and the club has been reduced to a laughing stock after ruling Europe not so long ago.

The Catalan giants are currently down in eighth in La Liga - a massive 16 points behind Real Madrid, while their Champions League aspirations were quashed before Christmas following their elimination from the group stages.

Barca are also in dire financial straits, with the club reportedly willing to let go of Samuel Umtiti, Phillipe Coutinho, while Sergino Dest, Oscar Mingueza and Luuk de Jong in January in a bid to cut costs.

Their dramatic fall in grace is there for all to see, and Romain Saiss poked fun at their demise in a recent behind-the-scenes video shared by Wolves.

Xavi will hope his side can restore some more pride in the club when they take on Sevilla in the club's final match before the Christmas break tonight.

Barca were 3-2 winners over Elche last time out, with Gavi scoring a fantastic goal, with the Spanish teenager's displays among the few highlights in an otherwise dismal season.

The club will be hoping that fellow youngsters such as Ansu Fati, Pedri, and Ronald Araujo can help to propel them back to challenging for top honours again in the not-too-distant future.
