It's not all bad for Roberto Martinez, despite his sacking from Everton in May. The former Wigan boss is staking a claim to rake in an incredible amount of money in compensation.
At an independent hearing on Wednesday, Martinez and his legal representatives will stake a claim for a £10 million compensation fee. As you would expect, Everton are not keen on forking out such a figure following last season's 11th place finish.
Initially, things started well for the Spaniard, guiding the Toffees into fifth place in his first season and displaying an attractive brand of football. But despite reaching two cup semi-finals in 2015/16, the season went down as a bitterly disappointing one for the club and Martinez was subsequently axed.

He is said to want to return to management in England sooner rather than later.
If he is successful in his compensation claim, surely he'll be dancing to Jason Derulo once again?
