Real Madrid 'Make Contact' With Liverpool Forward Sadio Mane
Real Madrid have reportedly made contact with the representatives of Sadio Mane, who has emerged as a top target for Los Blancos.
The Senegalese forward was in sensational form in 2018/19, scoring 26 goals in 50 appearances in all competitions as Liverpool won a sixth European Cup and finished second in one of the greatest Premier League title races in history.
He's continued where he's left off this season with 14 goals already for the Reds, who are 13 points clear at the top of the table and well on course to finally win the Premier League.
Mane, who finished fourth in the 2019 Ballon d'Or rankings and was Lionel Messi's pick for the award, has been integral to all the recent successes for Jurgen Klopp's world champions.
And according to Le10 Sport, Real have been in touch with Mane's agents as they weigh up a summer transfer and look to pair the former Southampton man up with talisman Karim Benzema in attack.
There's even a suggestion that Zinedine Zidane has spoken to Mane as he attempts to convince him to make the move to the Spanish capital.
Since joining Liverpool for £34 million in 2016, Mane has gone on to score 73 goals in 150 appearances and establish himself as one of the best forwards in world football.
If he was to join Real, no doubt it would take a substantial fee for Liverpool to even consider cashing in on Mane.
