Remember when a Middlesbrough player made headlines last month when he literally passed the ball to the opposition from kick-off?
Well, a number of Wigan Athletic players may have overshadowed that moment last night with a cheeky routine.
The League One leaders came out for the second half as the opposition were warming up, but Oxford were taking the piss slightly and seemed to be delaying kick-off.
Paul Cook's side eventually had enough of their antics after they ignored the referee's requests, and two Wigan players sprinted towards Oxford goalkeeper as they continued to warm up.

Here's the bizarre moment in all its glory:
Wigan decided to get the game underway, but referee Trevor Kettle put a stop to their unopposed attack.
Oxford eventually dragged themselves on the pitch and Kettle had a word with captain Curtis Nelson, who protested his innocence as the DW stadium booed at the opposition.
As we mentioned earlier, Middlesbrough were involved in another strange kick-off moment when they entertained Championship counterparts Leeds United last month.

They secured all-three points following a 3-0 victory courtesy of a Patrick Bamford hat-trick, but a kick-off grabbed the headlines.
The player standing over the ball immediately gave the possession to the visitors, before the defence played out from the back.
It was perhaps the most Tony Pulis moment ever.
