Just weeks before Marouane Fellaini's contract at Manchester United ends, it looks like another Premier League club are interested in signing the Belgian midfielder.

It is being reported that Fellaini's representatives have scheduled a meeting with Arsenal over a potential free transfer.

According to Belgian journalist Patrick Juillard, his advisers will meet with the club at the beginning of the week.

The above tweet reads: "Marouane Fellaini's advisers have an appointment at the beginning of the week with representatives of Arsenal. Selected by Belgium for the World Cup, the Manchester United midfielder will be free on June 30th."

In fact, it looks like the player has already spoken to Unai Emery over a move when he was at PSG, according to Paul Hirst from The Times.

Manchester United have reportedly tabled two new offers to the Belgium international, though he's rejected those contracts proposed by the board.

He's reportedly looking for a £120,000-a-week wage packet with his current United deal set to expire.

Fellaini has even said he feels underappreciated at United.

That's according to reports from Daily Mail, who claim the player believes he has never been accepted by the United hierarchy and fans.

"Friends of the 30-year-old say he believes he has one final payday in his career and feels that he has never been accepted by the United board or the club's supporters."

A few months back, Jose Mourinho commented on Fellaini's contract situation. And he didn't mince his words: "I told him sign the contract and shut up," he said via Sky Sports.

"I told him don't gamble too much before you know the extent of the injury. I don't know [if he will sign an extension]."
