It didn't take long for Bayern Munich to make a second bid for Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Bayern offered a reported £13.5 million plus add-ons for the 18-year-old, but it is believed Chelsea want at least £22.5 million, according to Sky Sports.

That being said, following Chelsea's decision to reject the bid, the Bundesliga champions have made a second bid in excess of £20 million for Hudson-Odoi, who recently stated that he wants first team football.

It would certainly be a tempting opportunity.

Chelsea boss Mauricio Sarri isn't exactly convinced that Odoi is ready for first team football, and after the winger said told the club to "play me or lose" me as transfer speculation heightened, a move may be on the horizon, with a number of European clubs interested.

Sarri said the following after his Champions League performance against PAOK last month:

"I don't know if Hudson-Odoi is able for the Premier League at 18, especially in a big team," he said.

"If he's good enough to play in a big team in the Premier League at 18 then he could be the best player in Europe in two years."

If Odoi decided to join the Bundesliga side, he would follow the suit of Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson, who have flourished in Germany with Borrusia Dortmund and Hoffenheim respectively.

Do you think a move away from Chelsea is the right one for Callum Hudson-Odoi?
