Toni Lato Reveals Nasty Injury From Antonio Valencia's Brutal Tackle

Antonio Valencia left a bit - to say the least - on Toni Lato whose revealed his gruesome injury from Wednesday's Champions League fixture.

Lato was screaming in agony after Valencia's crunching tackle. The Manchester United full-back received a yellow card for the shin-on-shin collision.

Lato eventually got back to his feet and continued before being substituted in the second-half.

And after the game, he revealed the extend of his gaping wound. An image has surfaced online, and it's bloody grim.

Ouch! Plenty of people on social media thought Valencia should have been shown a red card:
