The Arsenal legend wasn't happy on the touchline, and hollered some uncalled for abuse towards the opposition.

Just before the break, he shouted: "It's the 43rd minute, your grandmother's whore" in a sensational rant.

"He's got to stop now, that's enough," he said to a match official.

Henry has since owned up, saying he regrets his comments.

"It's an expression of the street, unfortunately," he said.

"I regret my comments from the bench. It was a human reaction, I'm still human. I regret it.

"Sometimes I do it in English. Maybe in English it wouldn't have been as noticeable. No, I'm joking. I should not do it."

Despite securing the services of Cesc Fabregas from Chelsea, AS Monaco are still struggling in Ligue 1 and currently occupy a relegation spot.
