The Bayern Munich striker is statistically the best player in this season's Champions League campaign with a superb rating of 9.20 ahead of Lionel Messi who boasts an impressive rating of 8.49.

Lewandowski leads the line up front alongside Tottenham's Harry Kane, who is the sole representative from England's top flight.
The likes of Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane, Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez have been snubbed of a place in the Champions League Team of the Season.
