Manchester City were officially named Premier League champions on Sunday afternoon thanks to Manchester United losing to bottom of the table West Brom.

Pep Guardiola's side full deserved to be crowned the winners after dominating this campaign, losing just twice in 33 games.

Shortly after a Jay Rodriguez goal silenced Old Trafford, the likes of Vincent Kompany and Bernardo Silva celebrated the title win with a casual trip to the pub, while Kyle Walker filmed part of it on his Instagram live.

If you didn't manage to catch it, Fabian Delph even took the p*ss out of his captain's head size.

While City players celebrated their emphatic title win, a number of fans 'flocked' to the Etihad to join fellows supporters in what was supposed to be a public party but not many people actually turned up.

A film crew from commercial radio station Key 103 decided to film the entire thing and the footage soon went viral.

We're not sure they 'flocked' to the Etihad, guys...

Twitter certainly had something to say on the matter, with many pointing out the lack of attendance after such a huge moment.

Will Manchester City secure the double next season after such a dominant campaign in 2017/18?

Let us know in the comments.
