While Antonio Conte was still the manager of Chelsea Football Club, winger Willian decided to take a massive dig at the Italian on social media, back in May, covering his body with trophy emoji's.
Two months after the picture was posted on Instagram, the Brazilian has revealed that his daughter was to blame.
"My daughter was playing with my cell phone and she ended up putting those emojis over Conte," Willian told ESPN Brasil.
"After the final I got a plane right after the game to come to Brazil. When I got here, early in the morning, I was posting some pictures of the champions and, well, I was a bit too tired and ended up posting them like that."
It seems the pair's relationship was strained towards the end of his tenor and months later, Willian's latest comments about the Italian suggest he would not be at Stamford Bridge right now if Conte was still in charge.
"Would I be here if Conte stayed? No chance. No," he said via GOAL.
"I'm here. I'm here because I want to play for Chelsea. I will only leave if Chelsea want me to go."
The Brazilian would go on to make another cheeky dig at Conte, referencing the way Chelsea play football under Sarri:
"I think we have a good chance to turn the results around against them because now we have a different way to play football..The manager tells us to play, to enjoy ourselves on the pitch, with responsibility.
"Now we have a different style, that's why we can create problems for Arsenal."
Hours before the FA Cup final last season, Willian further hinted that he was unhappy at Stamford Bridge during another interview with ESPN.
When asked how happy he is with the Italian, Willian replied: "Oh boy! Do you really want me to tell you?"
