Vinicius Junior celebrated becoming the third youngest Real Madrid player ever to start a Champions League match by giving us all a scintillating first half performance against CSKA Moscow.

The 18-year-old, who scored twice in his first seven games for Los Blancos, was ousted on the left wing for the majority of the game, and caused Moscow's defence all sorts of problems with his trickery, pace and impressive link-up play.

Junior almost have Madrid the lead in the first half, but a fantastic save from the experienced Igor Akinfeev prevented his first European goal.

It was a complete first 45 minutes for the Brazilian and one moment of magic left many in admiration. Just check out this incredibly satisfying first touch.

It has been a memorable few days for the Brazilian wonderkid, who found himself on the score-sheet as Los Blancos easily dispatched Spanish minnows Melilla in the Copa del Rey, last week.

We shouldn't be surprised by his start to life in Madrid, though.

Expectation naturally fell on his shoulders after he completed a big money move to Spain this summer, and despite thousands watching his first steps as a Los Blancos player, Vinicius flourished in his opening presentation at the Bernabeu.

In the past, the likes of Paulinho and Theo Hernandez have struggled under the pressures of entertaining in front of big crowds.

But the 18-year-old Brazillian casually performed kick ups with his knees, among other impressive skills, including balancing the ball on his chest. Check out the above clip for yourself.

In May last year, Real Madrid decided to fork out a massive €45 million euros for the Brazilian wonderkid, who has been touted the next big star in his country.
