Since taking over in June last year, Marcelo Bielsa's revolution of Leeds United has been nothing short of incredible, however controversial his reign might have been of late.
The unmistakably charismatic figure of Bielsa, who is renowned for his attention to detail, has been known to attend almost every under-23 game this season, studying the club's youth products intensively.

In their most recent fixture against Bolton Wanderers, he was once again in attendance.
And because it's half-term week, plenty of people picked up on the fact Bielsa was present and a huge queue formed to take a picture with the 63-year-old.
His response to the situation is something we really admire about the former Chile and Argentina manager.

Marcelo Bielsa isn't the most conventional of managers and he's well known for some of his 'odder' antics, but this is pure class.
