Brazil will face Switzerland in their World Cup opener on June 17 and 25 days ahead of that all important fixture, millions around the globe have breathed a massive sigh of relief.

That's right folks. Neymar Jr has has been snapped kicking a ball around in training for the first time since February.

The PSG winger was stretchered off injured against Marseille in February after colliding with midfielder Bouna Sarr, and it was originally thought that he may miss the World Cup after 'severely' injuring his ankle.

But thankfully it looks like the 26-year-old will participate for Tite's side at the tournament this summer, with pictures and videos emerging of his first training session in months.

To think, Neymar left the field in tears in February after going over awkwardly on his ankle, and now it looks likely that he will feature at the World Cup.

Here's proof that the former Barcelona forward is back and raring to go:

As you see in the following footage, Neymar looks sharp ahead of his eagerly anticipated return while performing training drills with Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus.

He was also filmed shooting and passing for the first time since his serious injury.

It's great to see him back in the fold once again.
