Leroy Sane scored against former club Schalke this evening with a free-kick of the highest order.

Manchester City went down to ten men in Gelsenkirchen after Nicolas Otamendi received a second yellow card, but that didn't hamper their chances in Germany.

Raheem Sterling scored in the 89th minute to seal a huge 3-2 win but this absolute stunner from Sane grabbed goal of the game.

This is how you knuckleball, folks. WHAT A HIT!

It was an incredible game from start to finish.

Sergio Aguero opened the scoring in the 18th minute, but two penalties from Nabil Bentaleb gave the Bundesliga side a 2-1 lead at half-time.

Then in a moment of class, Sane smashed in a thunderbolt from around 25 yards and Sterling sealed the game with a tap in.

Can Pep Guardiola's side go on and win the Champions League this season?
