This Lad Just Completed Fantasy Football With Unbelievable Start To The Season

How the f*ck has he managed this?!

After spending three and a half hours editing my Fantasy Football team on Thursday evening, I closed the app with a smile on my face, content with my choices ahead of a brand new season.

24 hours later - after tuning into Arsenal's emphatic 4-3 victory over Leicester City at the Emirates - I snatched my phone from the kitchen counter to check the Fantasy Football app.

To my dismay, Nacho Monreal's bang average display left me with a single point.

I know it's only the start of a very long season, but to see a lad with 69 points leading the world rankings made me sick to the stomach.

How do you manage to pick up 69 points after one game?

A lad going by the name of Ben Foot included three Arsenal players and three Leicester City players in his team named '7 in a row'.

Sead Kolašinac picked up five points, Granit Xhaka recorded 10 points after recording two assists and Olivier Giroud came off the bench to score in the last five minutes, picking up another five points for the lucky punter.

Riyad Mahrez also bagged five points, Marc Albrighton picked up five points and in a remarkable decision from Mr Foot, he 'Triple Captained' the in-form Jamie Vardy to pick up a massive 39 points.

Take a bow, son.

Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville also picked their fantasy football XI for @SkyFantasyFooty earlier this week, and a certain Danny Simpson cropped up in conversation once again.

Neville suggested that his colleague bring in the Leicester City defender and Carragher laughed, but took his advice on board:

Brilliant.
