England managed to scrape through to the quarter-final earlier this week thanks to their first penalty shoot-out win in World Cup history but as millions celebrated the historic win, one lad was probably dreading the coming days.
Back in May this year, Twitter user Dan Welch put his neck on the line by promising to get a tattoo if England reached the quarter-final stage.
In fact, he went one step further by announcing that he would get the 23-man England squad permanently inked on himself if Gareth Southgate's men did the deed.
Putting my neck on the line , but if @England get to the quarter finals with that squad, I will get the 23 man squad names tattooed on me. #EnglandSquad #WorldcupSquad

Two months later, the Three Lions recorded their win after the likes of Kieran Trippier, Eric Dier and Marcus Rashford netted their crucial penalties.
Now, a brave Welch has an array of Premier League talent etched across his skin ahead of England's crunch quarter-final clash against Sweden on Saturday afternoon.
"True to my word, fucking love it " he wrote on Twitter on Thursday evening. He even took us on his journey to the tattoo parlour. What a man!

Fair play, Dan - you've smashed it here. Can England go on and secure World Cup glory?
