A die-hard Seattle Sounders fan has racked up his air miles during this pre-season, as he followed his club's rivals all the way to Hawaii, just to heckle them.

The American football season concluded in October, with Toronto beating Seattle 2-0 in the final of the MLS Cup.

However, with the MLS returning to our screens in just over a week, teams from around the league have been enjoying their pre-season, with the Vancouver Whitecaps taking the opportunity to visit Hawaii for training camp.

And despite Seattle playing their final tune-up game against Sacramento Republic FC in California last week, one Sounders fan decided to travel all the way to Hawaii to heckle the Whitecaps players.

Reporter Emad Egahi shared this video on his Twitter account, showing the players going through a warm-up before being interrupted by the Sounders fan - who receives a round of applause for his dedication:

The Sounders are expected to make another push for the MLS Cup next season, with Clint Dempsey and Jordan Morris in their squad.

And with loyal fans like this one on their side, you wouldn't back against 'em!
